 In order to assist you with your lease or loan options please ensure that you provide the following information with the Application below.

• Signed Credit Application (attached) from each shareholder
• Two pieces of government-issued ID (Driver's Licence, PR Card, or Passport)
• Articles of Incorporation
• Last year's Financial Statements, if available (T2 return or accountant-prepared financial statements)
• Last six months' business bank statements
• Job Offer / Contract (if applicable)
